1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using sideQuest ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using sideQuest, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into this agreement.

Age verification is required for certain features. Providing false age information is a violation of these terms.

3. User Accounts

5. Staking & Financial Transactions

sideQuest supports staking and payouts via blockchain and traditional payment providers:

• ▸All financial transactions are at your own risk
• ▸We are not liable for losses incurred through betting or staking
• ▸Payment processors may charge separate fees
• ▸We reserve the right to hold or reverse suspicious transactions

6. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By using sideQuest, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, in our sole discretion.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR (EU) and NDPR (Nigeria). You have the right to:

• ▸Request correction or deletion of your data
• ▸Opt-out of certain data processing activities
• ▸File a complaint with a supervisory authority

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIDEQUEST AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Abuja, Nigeria.
